Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through trutuff.shoes and is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
7-Day Return Window
You may raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. We do not accept returns on products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing components.
How to Raise a Return
Contact us via WhatsApp (9734063366), email (support@trutuff.shoes), or through our website. Share your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. We are available Monday to Saturday, 11AM to 6PM.
Free Pickup
For eligible returns, we arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. You do not need to ship the product yourself.
Quality Check
All returned products go through a quality inspection at our warehouse. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria (unused, original packaging, within 7 days) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Refund Timeline
Once your return passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your bank account.
Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on all eligible products within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Manufacturing Warranty
All TruTuff safety shoes carry a 6-month manufacturing warranty on the sole and defects. Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or cosmetic damage. To raise a warranty claim, contact us with photos of the defect and your order details.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery
- The product has been used, worn, or washed
- Original packaging, tags, or box are missing
- Damage was caused after delivery
Damaged on Delivery
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and ask the courier agent to record the refusal. If you discover damage after opening, report it within 48 hours with clear photographs to support@trutuff.shoes or WhatsApp 9734063366. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery. To cancel, contact us immediately at 9734063366.
