Sole vs Upper

Our warranty covers the sole unit and manufacturing defects — things that should never fail if the shoe was built right. That means sole delamination, gluing failures, and bonding issues.

The upper (mesh, knit, fabric) is not covered — wear and tear on the upper is a natural result of regular use and is expected over time.

  • Fading or material breakdown from prolonged exposure
  • Shoes with TruTuff's brand markings removed or damaged

How to File a Claim

Reach Out to Us

Email support@trutuff.shoes or WhatsApp / call 9734063366 (11am–6pm, Mon–Sat). Send clear photos or a short video of the defect along with your proof of purchase. Our team usually responds within 24–48 working hours.

Get Return Authorisation

Our team will review your claim and issue a Return Authorisation number. Do not ship anything before you receive this — it's required to process your replacement on our end.

Ship the Product

Pack the shoes securely and include your original bill inside the box. Use a tracked courier — TruTuff is not responsible for items lost in transit. Keep your tracking number handy.

Replacement Dispatched

01Warranty is valid from the date of delivery, not the date of purchase.
02Original purchase receipt from trutuff.shoes is mandatory for all claims.
03TruTuff's distinct brand markings must be intact on the shoes.
04Return Authorisation must be obtained before shipping the product back.
05Replaced products carry only the remaining period of the original warranty.
06TruTuff is not liable for losses or damages arising from product use.

All disputes arising out of this warranty are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Siliguri, West Bengal. Purchasing from TruTuff constitutes acceptance of this condition.
