Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The clock starts from the date of successful delivery as recorded by our courier partner.

• —Only products purchased directly through trutuff.shoes are eligible
• —Products purchased from third-party marketplaces or dealers must be returned through those respective channels
• —Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under our return policy — warranty claims may still apply

We inspect every returned product before approving the refund or exchange. Products must meet the following conditions:

• —Completely unused and unworn — the sole must show no signs of contact with any surface
• —Original packaging, box, all tags, and accessories intact
• —No signs of wear, odour, or use
• —Not washed, polished, or altered in any way

Raising a return is simple. Contact us through any of the following:

Once your request is confirmed, we will schedule a free pickup from your delivery address within 2–3 working days. You do not need to drop off the product anywhere.

We offer size exchange for all eligible products subject to availability of the requested size.

• —Raise your exchange request within 7 days of delivery
• —You need to send shoes to our warehouse address
• —Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, we dispatch the replacement size within 2 working days
• —If the requested size is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or store credit
• —Exchange is available for a different size of the same product only. To exchange for a different model, please return the original product and place a new order

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

• —UPI / Wallets: Typically credited within 1–3 working days
• —Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 working days depending on your bank
• —Net Banking: 3–5 working days
• —COD orders: Refund via bank transfer — you will need to share your account details with us

You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification once your refund is initiated. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeline, contact us immediately.

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• —Customised or personalised products
• —Products purchased during clearance sales or with non-returnable discount codes
• —Products showing signs of use, wear, odour, or damage due to misuse
• —Products returned without original packaging, box, and tags
• —Products returned after the 7-day window without a pre-approved exception

All TruTuff safety shoes carry a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. To claim:

• —Contact us via WhatsApp (9734063366) or email (support@trutuff.shoes) with your order number and clear photographs of the defect
• —Our team will assess whether the defect falls under manufacturing warranty within 48 hours
• —Approved warranty claims receive a replacement product or full refund
• —Warranty claims can be raised within 6 months of purchase, regardless of the 7-day return window

If your product arrives damaged during transit, we take full responsibility. Here is what to do:

• —If the package is visibly damaged at delivery, refuse to accept it. Ask the delivery agent to record the refusal.
• —If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• —Send clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product to support@trutuff.shoes or WhatsApp 9734063366
• —We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions, no delays

This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with a return, exchange, or refund shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.
