• —We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability
• —If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
• —You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. TruTuff is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

All prices on trutuff.shoes are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• —We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• —Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Your order price is locked at the time of confirmed payment
• —In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you. You will receive a full refund
• —COD orders carry a nominal handling charge, shown clearly at checkout
• —All digital payments are processed through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways
• —We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers

We ship PAN India to over 27,000 pin codes. Estimated delivery timelines are 2–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

• —TruTuff is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
• —Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon successful delivery
• —Free shipping applies to prepaid orders above ₹999. Charges for COD or below-threshold orders are shown at checkout
• —You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• —Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact
• —Customised products and products purchased during clearance or discount sales are not eligible for return or refund
• —Products showing signs of use, misuse, or missing original packaging will not be accepted
• —Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method
• —We arrange free reverse pickup from your location for all approved returns

All TruTuff safety shoes carry a 6-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects arising from the manufacturing process.

Covered under warranty:

• —Sole separation not caused by misuse or chemical exposure
• —Stitching defects in the upper or lining
• —Manufacturing faults in the toe cap or safety components

Not covered:

• —Normal wear and tear from regular use
• —Damage caused by misuse, chemical exposure, or improper storage
• —Accidental damage
• —Damage resulting from using the shoe for purposes outside its intended occupational use

TruTuff's total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or order in question.

• —We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products
• —Our safety footwear is designed for occupational use and must be used within its rated protection category. We are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or use outside the shoe's intended application
• —We are not responsible for delays, failures, or damages caused by third-party courier partners, payment processors, or other service providers beyond our control
• —We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors or viruses. We recommend using up-to-date antivirus software

All content on trutuff.shoes — including product images, descriptions, videos, logos, brand assets, the website design, and all written copy — is the intellectual property of TruTuff Shoes and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark law.
